Gerovital’s national network of stores counts 16 national units, posts over EUR 2.8 M turnover

Farmec, Romania’s largest cosmetics manufacturer, announced that 16 years after its establishment, the network turnover of 16 Gerovital brand stores exceeded 13 million Romanian leu.




Since the beginning of 2018, there have been three national inauguration ceremonies. Since the opening of the first store in Romania in September 2016, Gerovital’s store network has reached 16 units.




'This is the real reason to be the first Romanian cosmetics manufacturer with our own brand store network. We are more satisfied with the development of this network and the continuous positive feedback received from consumers. In September 2016, we The first Gerovital store was opened in Bucharest. The good results of the inauguration made us continue to invest in expanding the network and transforming it into a strategic strategic direction for Farmec’s business development. Since the beginning of this year, we have been in Oradea, Cluj-Napoca and Constanta Three other Gerovital stores have been opened, and we have begun to expand the capital's network,' said Mircea Turdean, Farmec's general manager.

In addition to opening three new stores in Oradea, Cluj-Napoca and Constanta in 2018, Cluj's producers have also expanded the Gerovital store in Veranda Mall Bucharest. The store moved to the first floor near the main entrance of the shopping center, with a larger surface area, over 50 square meters. The average shopping cart exceeds 70 lei, a 40% increase compared to the first year since the establishment of the Gerovital brand store network.




Gerovital stores are located in 12 cities across the country, the first of which opened in Bucharest in September 2016, when Park Lake Shopping Center opened.
